78 units proposed for Fremont lot

SEATTLE — A midblock property at 3620 Phinney Ave. N. appears to be on the market, though it's not publicly listed. Now a prospective buyer, Kamiak Real Estate, has filed an apartment redevelopment plan.

Hybrid Architecture filed the plan, which would replace two old rental houses with a four-story, 78-unit building. Units would be small, with a mix of small efficiency dwelling units (SEDUs) and slightly larger apartments. No parking is required or included.
