Stake in Bellevue units trades hands

BELLEVUE — A 50% interest in the CityScape apartments, at 512 121st Place N.E. in East Bellevue, has sold for just under $18 million, according to King County records.

In a series of deals, the Hanson family put 50% of the property into two entities, with no price or excise tax. Then those new entities then sold that half interest to Swansonia-CityScape LLC.
