Kamiak now Kamiak Real Estate Partners

Manuel Garibay joins Scott Lien at Kamiak Real Estate Partners.

Scott Lien's Kamiak Real Estate LLC has been actively developing apartment projects for the past three-plus years. Now the firm has morphed into Kamiak Real Estate Partners, which will be led by Lien, formerly of Vulcan Real Estate, and Manuel Garibay, another Vulcan veteran. Garibay makes the move from Equity Office (part of Blackstone).
