$119M sale for Lynnwood units

LYNNWOOD — The 383-unit Tivalli, at 15631 Ash Way in Lynnwood, sold over the Thanksgiving weekend for $119.2 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was an LLC related to Kennedy Wilson, which acquired the property in 2016 for $94.3 million.
