16-story mass timber tower proposed for Bellevue would be state's tallest

With local partner Wallace Properties, Katerra is planning in downtown Bellevue what would potentially be the state's tallest mass timber project on a site at 305 111th Ave. N.E.

A 16-story, 165-unit tower is proposed, which would replace a pair of one-story office and retail buildings, which extend along 111th from Northeast Third Place to Northeast Fourth Street. The combined site would total about 19,300 square feet.
