SHA pays $65M for 2 Northgate properties

  • The agency says it plans to preserve the properties for affordable housing.

    In a sale King County recorded before Christmas, Seattle Housing Authority paid just under $61 million for the full-block, 207-unit Northgate Apartments, at 11200 First Ave. N.E.

    SHA also made a related $4 million sale for a separately owned neighboring property.
