Apartments planned for former auto shop site in Seward Park

    On a vacant site they have long owned, at 5059 Wilson Ave. S., two local investors have filed an apartment development plan.

    The corner property, at South Dawson Street, is just south of Third Place Books. It's also large, extending west to 50th Avenue South, and totaling about 34,000 square feet. It's now zoned up to 40 feet.
