$14M sale for retail in Thurston County

LACEY, Thurston County — Capital Pacific announced that it brokered the recent sale of the retail portion of Summerwalk Village, at and around 5100 Yelm Highway S.E. in Lacey.

Thurston County recorded the sale just before Christmas.
