$8M sale for senior units in Bellevue

BELLEVUE — The former Brookdale at Bellevue senior community, at 15241 N.E. 20th St., sold for almost $7.9 million.

King County recorded the sale just after New Year's Day. The seller was HCP MA3 Washington LP, associated with Healthpeak Properties, which acquired the property under a different name in 2002 for $10.2 million.
