Snohomish County sites sold for $30M

EVERETT — In two related transactions, two industrial properties in the Seaway Business Center have sold for a combined $30.3 million.

The seller, through LLCs, was LBA Realty of Irvine, California (aka LBA Logistics). The buyer was LIT Industrial LP of Los Angeles.
