Fana updates proposals for big Bellevue projects

  • The developer is also looking to buy a Washington Square site, where it intends to build a 20-story office tower.

    For well over five years, Fana Group has been planning a phased redevelopment of a downtown Bellevue site it gradually assembled, beginning in 2012, for about $71.5 million. The nearly 2.9-acre property spans much of a block that's steps away from Bellevue Downtown Station, where light-rail service will begin in 2023.
