$17M sale for Kent warehouse

KENT — A warehouse at 1220 Second Ave. N. has sold for $16.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller, Stevenson/Kent Property LLC, is associated with SDS Lumber of Bingen (on the Columbia River), which acquired the property in 2001 for $1.5 million. It was ground leased since 1969 from another SDS-related entity.
