Bosa has plans for new Bellevue tower

BELLEVUE — One year ago, Bosa Development paid $36 million for the 1-acre Park Row shopping center at 201 Bellevue Way N.E., next to Downtown Park. The same architect who's designed two other nearby condominium towers for Bosa, Amanat Architect of Vancouver, B.C., recently filed plans to redevelop.

The proposed 21-story building would have 144 units — presumably condominiums — and 282 parking stalls on three levels below grade. About 10,375 square feet of retail/commercial space is also planned. The project recently entered design review.
