Dogs, food trucks to fill old garage

SEATTLE — Ballard Automotive Repair, at 1546 N.W. Leary Way, seems to have closed late last year. Now there's a new plan to fill the vacant building, and yard, with Dog Yard Bar.

That's a new venture by Elise Vincentini, who already runs two Downtown Dog Lounge locations in South Lake Union and Interbay on Elliott Avenue West (which was recently relocated from the nearby old building).
