$4M sale for retail in White Center

SEATTLE — A retail building at 9635 17th Ave. S.W. has sold for $4.4 million, according to King County records. The seller was Black Brandt LLC, which acquired the property in 2013 for $2.4 million.

The buyer was 9635-17th Avenue SW LLC, which is associated with Paragon Real Estate and developer HB Management. Public records indicate a loan from Numerica Credit Union. The deal was worth about $268 per square foot.
