CitizenM starts Pioneer Square hotel

  • The 10-story hotel will have 216 rooms with tech-oriented features such as iPads that control TVs, blinds and even the lights.

    The new hotel will be less than 2 feet from the 619 Western loft building.

    At one point, Dutch hotelier citizenM planned to start construction in 2018 on a 66,918-square-foot hotel in Seattle's Pioneer Square.
