New details for 18-story Plus Investment tower planned for the ID

    As the DJC first reported one year ago, Plus Investment is planning a residential high rise at 821 Seventh Ave. S. in the International District. That plan was presented to the International Special Review District Board on Tuesday, and new details have emerged.
