Bitter Lake site could get 208 units

SEATTLE — Nonprofit developer Bellwether Housing paid about $6 million in December for a site at 916 N. 143rd St. It's a block west of Aurora Avenue North, on the corner of Linden Avenue North, near the Bitter Lake Reservoir.

Now, with SMR Architects, Bellwether has filed an early plan to redevelop the old warehouse/office complex with a new seven-story, 208-unit building.
