Architecture center temporarily closed

SEATTLE — The Center for Architecture & Design at 1010 Western Ave. in Seattle will be closed through March 31 due to recommendations of local health officials regarding the COVID-19 situation, according to the Seattle chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

AIA Seattle staff will work remotely and adjust planned meetings, events and gatherings for the health and well-being of volunteers and the entire Seattle community, the organization said in an announcement on its website.

It advises people to check the website for any last-minute change during this evolving situation.
