AUBURN — A warehouse/office building at 813 44th St. N.W. in Auburn sold for a bit over $5.3 million, according to King County records.
The seller was an LLC related to DCT Industrial Trust of Denver, which acquired the land in 2013 for about $954,000, then developed it. DCT is now owned by Prologis.
