Renton poker hall sells for $4M

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — The Fortune Poker building, at 3650 E. Valley Road in Renton, sold for a little over $3.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Ausdrey LLC, which acquired the then-vacant property in 2015 for $1.8 million.
