Nursing home sells for $6.4M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A Rainier Valley nursing home at 2821 S. Walden St. sold for a little over $6.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller, out of court-ordered receivership, was the nonprofit SouthEast Care Center Facilities, which acquired the property in 2004 for almost $6.1 million.
