The vacant former Seattle Auto Service Center property, on the corner at 6710 Roosevelt Way N.E., has been on the market for almost a year. Now prospective buyer Daly Partners has filed a seven-story, 71-unit redevelopment plan, prepared by Bushnaq Studio.
The 9,200-square-foot corner, at Northeast 68th Street, is a few steps north from Roosevelt Station, where light rail service will begin in 2021.
