On the Block: M&M's nervous take on the coming coronavirus recession
“An incredibly uncertain time” is what Hessam Nadji, president and CEO of Marcus & Millichap, called the current coronavirus crisis in commercial real estate. He was speaking in a webcast panel last week on the subject, with other M&M executives chiming in. I was among over 10,000 listeners, some of whom were also sending in questions.
