DevCo snaps up another vacant shopping center; 430 units planned

Everett’s Four Corners property had once been home to a Kmart and Walgreens. DevCo now wants to build a five-building apartment complex on the site. A mixed-use addition could come later.

An entity of Bellevue-based real estate investment firm DevCo has paid $18 million for the Four Corners property at 8102-8120 Evergreen Way, according to Snohomish County records. The seller was Everett 4 Corners LLC, which had owned the property for decades.
