Ravello would have 11 units, each with four or five bedrooms and a shared kitchen-social space. The proposed building is east across the alley from the recently developed Muir apartments.

An awkward little infill lot at 1614 S. Dearborn St. in Seattle sold last November for $840,000. The seller, Daly Partners, had used an old house there as a construction office for the Muir, a 129-unit apartment building it recently developed on the corner of Dearborn and Rainier Avenue South, immediately west of the site.
