65 units planned in Greenwood

SEATTLE — The owner of a vacant property at 8733 Greenwood Ave. N. has agreed to sell it to two developers for $1.1 million, according to public records.

Karnail Johal and Dan O'Neil of O'Neill Design Associate have filed an early plan to redevelop the site with a five-story building with 65 small efficiency dwelling units (SEDUs) and 10 underground parking stalls.
