140 Greenwood units planned

SEATTLE — The Windward Communications building, at 504 N. 85th St., appears to be for sale. Prospective buyer Sensa Homes has filed an early plan to redevelop with a six-story, 140-unit building with no parking.

The corner, at Dayton Avenue North, totals 18,041 square feet. It last traded in 2001 to the family proprietors of Windward for a bit over $1.2 million. The printing and graphics business dates to 1982. The two-story building dates to 1937. It'll be removed if the property sells and the plan, not yet in design review, proceeds. No architect is indicated.
