Prospective seller the Anderson family, of University Mazda, and Caron Architecture have filed an apartment plan at 4709 Roosevelt Way N.E. in the University District.
This time it's the Half Price Books property that might be sold and developed. Caron prepared the plan for a six-story apartment building on the 11,250-square-foot midblock site, which is zoned up to 65 feet. The number of units isn't specified.
