Historic downtown Kirkland building bound for rehab

The 90-year-old Webb Building is listed in Kirkland as a historic building, so changes to the facade require a city design review.

Last year, Eastside investor Stuart McLeod put about $1.7 million into purchasing the historic two-story Webb Building at 89 Kirkland Ave. in downtown Kirkland.
