SEATTLE — One week after paying $2.9 million for a midblock development site at 3620 Phinney Ave. N. in Fremont, Kamiak Real Estate has filed a new plan that incorporates more land.
The old plan, also by Hybrid Architecture, was five stories and 78 units. If the developer can acquire the 4,000-square-foot parcel to the south, the new plan will yield six stories and 120 units. Twenty parking stalls are now included, too.
