Eastside developer expands plan for West Seattle site after upzone, land purchase

The original apartment plan was on a smaller site, which has since been enlarged. The view looks northeast toward the site, where Holden has a T-bone junction with 35th.

Eastside developer Ilia Kertsman has paid almost $2.3 million over the past four years to assemble a development site at 7617 35th Ave S.W. in West Seattle. Now, with LDG Architects, there's a new plan to redevelop with a five-story, 124-unit apartment building.
