LIHI files new plan for supportive housing near 23rd & Union

A majority of the roughly 103 units would be for residents transitioning from homelessness.

Back in January of 2016, the Low Income Housing Institute opened a tiny house village, operated by Nickelsville, at 1415 22nd Ave. The property is owned by the neighboring Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
