$7M trade for Sodo property

SEATTLE — An industrial building at 3223 Third Ave. S. sold for a bit over $6.7 million, according to King County records.

Both the buyers and sellers are related to EB-5 developer American Life, which appears to have swapped out partners in the ownership. American Life had acquired the property in 1999 for $2.7 million.
