Laconia Development announced that it has topped off the 41-story Spire condominium at 600 Wall St. VIA Architecture designed the tower, which is being built by PCL Construction. The project broke ground on its triangular site in June 2018, when it also switched from rental units to condos. Realogics Sotheby's International Realty is selling the 342 units. Prices run from the $600,000s to over $3 million. Laconia's Paul Menzies said in a statement, referring to the coronavirus-caused pause on all construction projects this spring, “Reaching the topping off milestone is an incredible accomplishment for any high-rise, and so much more so given the challenges of the past several months.” Chinese company Vanke is Laconia's partner in the project.
