Prospective buyer Inland Group has filed an early multifamily redevelopment plan for a car sales lot at 13711 Aurora Ave. N. The 1.2-acre property is south of the main Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seattle building, which is separately owned and not included in the plan by Kaas Wilson Architects of Bloomington, Minnesota.
The plan is labeled Polaris of Bitter Lake. Inland Group, of Spokane, often uses that Polaris brand. It has also previously collaborated with Kaas Wilson on senior housing communities including Traditions at Federal Way, with 200 units now under construction near Hillside Plaza Shopping Center.
