Prologis buys Kent land for warehouse

By JOURNAL STAFF

AUBURN — A future development site at 28427 West Valley Hwy. S. has sold for almost $9.6 million, according to King County records. The buyer was an LLC related to logistics giant Prologis, which is planning 195,000-square-foot warehouse.

The team includes Barghausen Consulting Engineers. The architect and general contractor are unknown.
