$9M sale at Woodinville West

WOODINVILLE — In the second of two related transactions, Buildings A and B at the Woodinville West industrial park, at 16928 - 16932 Redmond-Woodinville Road N.E., have sold for $9 million, according to King County records. The seller was again Woodinville West LLC, associated with the Wilcoxen family, which had long owned the land.

The buyer was Woodinville AB LLC, again associated with local investors David Yuchasz and Brian Winn. Public records indicate a loan from Wells Fargo.
