Residential high-rise planned at 801 Blanchard Street

Silverstein and Handel Architects want to cantilever a high rise over the Butcher’s Table building. They will face the challenge of a small, irregular site that wraps around the little restaurant/office building.

Silverstein Properties paid $17.5 million last month for the Butcher's Table property. Now, with Handel Architects, it's filed an early high-rise plan for 801 Blanchard St. in the Denny Triangle.
