Planned logistics center sells for $12M

FREDERICKSON, Pierce County — A planned new logistics center at 4417 192nd St. E. in Frederickson has sold for $12.2 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC related to Logistics Property Co., which acquired the land last year from the Port of Tacoma in an unpriced land transfer. It then entitled the LPC Frederickson North.

The buyer was CIVF VI-WA1B01 LLC, which is associated with Cabot Properties of Boston. The deal was worth about $43 per square foot.
