139 Tacoma units sell for $28M

TACOMA — Westminster Towers, at 10925 Park Ave. S. in Tacoma, sold for just under $28 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Westminster Towers LLC, which had owned property for decades — and may have developed it. The seller’s brokers were Timothy Ufkes and Evan McLeod of Marcus & Millichap.
