Belltown offices sell for $51M, more than doubling in value over two years

Universal Cells may now be the sole tenant of the building, but that couldn’t be verified before deadline.

The former Dendreon building, at 3005 First Ave., has sold for a little under $50.7 million, according to King County records. The buyer was BCal 3005 Property LLC, which is associated with Beacon Capital Partners and CalSTARS — the California state teachers pension fund.
