Big Bel-Red TOD site sells for $46M, with inklings of future development ahead

The buyers have now spent north of $60 million to assemble over 7 acres near the future light rail station.

A 4.3-acre future development site at 13310 Bel-Red Rd. and several related addresses in East Bellevue has sold for over $46.3 million, according to King County records. The sellers were a half dozen LLCs and an LP related to the Robertson family and others, who had owned the multiple retail/commercial properties for decades
