Honolulu group pays $60M for 188 DuPont apartments

The seller realized an over 27% gain during two years of ownership and improvement to the property.

Clock Tower Village, at 1090 Ross Ave. in DuPont, has sold for a little under $60 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was Sunroad Clock Tower Apartments LLC of San Diego, which acquired the 188-unit property in 2018 for $47 million.
