AMLI and GGLO polish design for 245-unit tower on Seattle waterfront

AMLI hasn’t announced a start date for the project; the site is constrained right now by the ongoing waterfront rebuild to the west.

AMLI Residential and GGLO are planning a new 17-story, 245-unit apartment building on the full block at 1101 Western Ave., a stone's throw from the downtown waterfront, where Alaskan Way is now being rebuilt. The proposal has its next administrative design review in November. The design has changed in a few ways since the last review in May.
