Big industrial lease in Thurston County

LACEY — Lawn and garden supply toolmaker Snow Joe, of New Jersey, recently announced that it has leased 575,918 feet at Hawks Prairie Logistics Center in Lacey.

The nearly 1.3-million-square foot Hawks Prairie 1 building at 7816 Hawks Prairie Road N.E. is the first phase of an industrial development by NorthPoint Development on about 131 acres. Two more buildings could follow.
