34 Pierce Co. units sell for $13.6M

FIFE, Pierce County — The new Lux Apartments, at 6810 20th St. E. in Fife, sold for almost $13.6 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was 6810 20th Ave LLC, associated with a local investor and a local broker, which acquired the land in 2017 for $300,000, then developed it.
