New on the market: a small, skinny, speculative Fremont office building

In this view, looking north, the mews will allow pedestrians to pass through the building and access a likely cafe.

An entitled boutique office project, the Fremont NorthShore Building, went on the market last month — unpriced. The plan at 1326 N. Northlake Way has been brewing for about three years. Owners Kevin Conroy and Jim Neuburger assembled the skinny property in 2015 for a little over $1.65 million, then developed the proposal with architect Weber Thompson.
