54 Burien units sell for $7.5M

BURIEN — A portfolio of rental units at and around 11233 Des Moines Memorial Drive S. in Burien has sold for a little over $7.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the Abel family, which had owned the multiple properties for decades.
