$25M sale for 100 Kent apartments

KENT — The Arbor Chase apartments, at 1615 W. Smith St. in Kent, sold for just over $24.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was BRE MG Arbor Chase LLC, a Blackstone-managed fund, which acquired the property in 2017 for almost $16.3 million as part of a larger portfolio sale.
